All customer requests are logged in the ticketing system for tracking and follow-up.
After registration, the request is assigned a unique number, which is used to track the status of the ticket, monitor its processing deadlines, and communicate with support staff.

Each case is tracked from intake and diagnosis through resolution and customer confirmation.
